November 7, 2019 Meeting Minutes

Meeting was called to order by Denise, President @ 6:02 p.m.
13 members present
Annual dues are over due and incrurr an $5 late fee.

Cancellations due to bad weather will be decided by our President, Denise. Typically, if schools close, the guild will cancel. You will also be notified via whatever method you chose when you signed up.

We had a successful potluck and fall weave with Ellie Lida as our instructor. Two guests wove with our group and they both have joined our guild. Welcome both Betty & Jane.

Our December meeting will be a potluck. Bring your Tips & Tricks to share. Potlucks and all day weaves are going green to save some cash in our treasury. Bring your own table setting for all potlucks. Also, thank you to those whom signed up for various food, set-up, and clean-up.

January: OPEN, please volunteer. Lids will be in for the February weave, see JoAnn.
February: candy button jar with lid. Bring an empty quart jar, 1/4" spokes. It's a continuous weave.
April: contact Krista no later than the February meeting to order/pay for bases, etc. for the split stitch weave. Price ranges $23-$25.
May: Gretchen Border by Judy. Bring in an unfinished no handled basket, and three different colored twist ties.
June: Potluck and UFB (unfinished basket). Bring in that unfinished basket and get it done.
Mark your calendars for June 13, 2020: All Day Weave. Sign up NOW.
