Aches and Pains and Basketweaving, Oh My!

I don't know about you, but sometimes when I weave for hours and
hours and hours, I get cramps in my fingers, pain in my back and
soreness in my neck.

I found two websites with suggestions.

The arthritis treatment and relief center offers some excellent advice but also gave my husband and I quite a laugh.
Check out the part about "bursitis in the buttocks" commonly called "weaver's bottom" !
My husband thought I might suffer from that condition.....
It wouldn't be polite for me to print what my response was!

Baskets of Joy has some great Pilates tips you might
want to consider trying the next time you weave.

Hum.... Maybe if we do Pilates, we won't get "Weaver's Bottom" .
