Weaving with Silver Creek

Silver Creek Basket Guild meets on the 1st Saturday of each month, unless it's a holiday weekend we meet on the 2nd Saturday. September through June at 9:00 a.m. at the Messiah Lutheran Church in Ripon, Wisconsin.

Annual dues are $25

The membership is open to experienced basket weavers
(who understand the terminology, and are able to independently weave a round and a square base).

Weavin' in Winona



My sister-in-law Deanna has been raving about the workshops at Weavin' in Winona for several years. Here is the LINK to the Weavin' in Winona website. Dates this year are June 20, 21 and 22. You can attend for one, two or all three days. A wide variety of basket classes are being offered including this cute little basket pictured above on the left.

Also, don't forget Marlene and Dawn's classes are coming up. Look back at the January 19th post for information.
