Weaving with Silver Creek

Silver Creek Basket Guild meets on the 1st Saturday of each month, unless it's a holiday weekend we meet on the 2nd Saturday. September through June at 9:00 a.m. at the Messiah Lutheran Church in Ripon, Wisconsin.

Annual dues are $25

The membership is open to experienced basket weavers
(who understand the terminology, and are able to independently weave a round and a square base).

Updates for October 6 Meeting

Thanks to Ruth's good memory, it was brought to our attention that guild members usually donate a basket at the October meeting to Messiah for sale at their Fall Fund Raiser. Please remember to bring a basket to donate ( or some chose to make a cash donation) to the October 6th meeting.


At this time no plans have been made for a fall Saturday Weave. We had spoken about doing a double wall that Dawn had made with no rim but perhaps something can be firmed up at the October meeting. 

Be sure to let Judy know soon if you will be at the October meeting and need a handle and flower.
