Motion by Krista to approve the January minutes and 2nd by Ruth.
Spring Weave workshop was discussed. It's scheduled for March 27th at the church. Geri will get the pattern to you as soon as possible after surviving a Texas natural winter disaster. It's a round basket with a fitted lid by Ann.
JoAnn handed out the March Pattern for the Sampler Tote and if handles are needed let her know.
April Project will be the TV Basket, led by Denise.
May will be Rim Technics.
June will be Leather Handles by Peggy. She will be the contact person regarding getting Leather Scraps at $5.00 per person to be paid by those that wish to do so. Motion by Ann and seconded by Ruth to go ahead.
JoAnn contacted Diane Gliexner about doing a fall weave. The Dates for the Fall Weave will be either September 11 or October 9, 2021. More information to follow.
Sharon made a motion to adjourn the meeting and Krista seconded. Meeting adjourned.
NEXT MEETING WILL BE MARCH 6th 9:00 to 1:00 at the church.
The pastor contacted Denise stating that there is a conflict will using the hall the first week of April. The 1st of April is Maudy Thursday; therefore, the hall is unavailable due to church services. Also, the following Thursday, April 8 is unavailable. The pastor did indicate that the 15th is open (Tax Day), and April 22 & 29 are open. Please think about the following solution by the March meeting: 1. cancel April meeting altogether; or 2. have the meeting later in the month, and which date.
