Some had asked for the recipe on the bars I brought to the Northwoods Weave, so I am calling them Weaving Bars.
2 cans crescent rolls
16 oz cream cheese
1 1/2 cups sugar, divided
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 stick butter, melted
Preheat oven to 350* and grease the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan.
Unroll 1 can of crescents and press on bottom of pan. I use a small roller to press the seams together.
Mix cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and vanilla; spread over rolls. Place the second can of crescents on top. Seams will be separated. Pour melted butter over crescents and top with remaining 1/2 cup sugar and Cinnamon. Bake 30 minutes.
