Weaving with Silver Creek

Silver Creek Basket Guild meets on the 1st Saturday of each month, unless it's a holiday weekend we meet on the 2nd Saturday. September through June at 9:00 a.m. at the Messiah Lutheran Church in Ripon, Wisconsin.

Annual dues are $25

The membership is open to experienced basket weavers
(who understand the terminology, and are able to independently weave a round and a square base).

Wolf River Baskerty Guild Fall Workshop

September 18-20, 2009
Comfort Inn & Suites, Shawano

I got my registration information about the Fall Weave in the mail yesterday. I guess I am on some privileged list as the information in not on their website yet.

Registration is $40 for 1 day or $65 for 2 days. Materials Fees are listed by each workshop. There is no fee for Friday evening, the fee is worked into the cost of the basket. Registration deadline is August 31, but we all know it is best to register early.

Saturday's Hot Sandwich Buffet and Sunday's Soup and Sandwich Bar are both $12.50
