Weaving with Silver Creek

Silver Creek Basket Guild meets on the 1st Saturday of each month, unless it's a holiday weekend we meet on the 2nd Saturday. September through June at 9:00 a.m. at the Messiah Lutheran Church in Ripon, Wisconsin.

Annual dues are $25

The membership is open to experienced basket weavers
(who understand the terminology, and are able to independently weave a round and a square base).

June meeting

A note from Marty that Jo Ann has sent required supplies for 'spring flowers'. Cut 3 pieces of 1/4" flat reed in color or natural...6" long. Bring #2 round reed to complete.  Jo Ann will also demonstrate the beautiful lashing technique she had on the black basket she brought for show and tell.  Bring a basket that needs to be lashed if interested.
I am also assuming we will be having a weave and FEED as our last meeting of the spring.  Bring a 'nummy'.
