UPCOMING MEETINGS
June – POTLUCK & ELECTION
OF OFFICERS @ 6 p.m. Krista will be
demonstrating different versions of wrapping handles. Bring a handled basket or
paint sticks to practice on along with some reed.
September – JoAnn will lead us to make a Slimcane Purse. The guild
has purchased the pattern, and JoAnn can order the base and handles. I can’t
wait for this one…so pretty.
October – OPEN
– Would anyone be interested in making antler baskets? June meeting’s
topic. Somebody please bring in a sample to the June meeting.
Saturday Fall Weave

Annetta Kraayeveld will be our instructor, more info to follow. The top two
baskets were voted on, the cost is $65 for the Twizarr, and $60 for the Wrapped

Special thanks to Patti for taking down minutes for me while I was
traveling the wild west and couldn’t make it to the May meeting. I missed
everyone and really wanted to see how to do rimming…because most of my baskets
are ended at that point.
