Weaving with Silver Creek

Silver Creek Basket Guild meets on the 1st Saturday of each month, unless it's a holiday weekend we meet on the 2nd Saturday. September through June at 9:00 a.m. at the Messiah Lutheran Church in Ripon, Wisconsin.

Annual dues are $25

The membership is open to experienced basket weavers
(who understand the terminology, and are able to independently weave a round and a square base).

September 14 – JoAnn will lead us to make a Slim Cane Purse. The guild has purchased the pattern. Contact JoAnn to order the base and strap. Strap comes in brown or black. You will need dyed cane or plain 11/64 or 3/16 and some yarn to be creative. See our blog below for materials list.

ANNUAL DUES are due at the September 14th meeting - $20

Saturday Fall Weave – We need weavers!


October 21, 2017 @ 9 a.m. @ church. POTLUCK. Annetta Kraayeveld will be our instructor if we get a minimum of twelve paid participants, presently we only have ten. The top two baskets kits were voted on, the cost is $65 for the Twizarr, and $60 for the Wrapped Up. Contact Krista ASAP - We need twelve people in order to have Annetta.
